Design the gift
Choose an amount from twelve presets or type your own, up to $5,000 online, with larger orders by phone. Pick a theme and write who it is to, who it is from and a short message. A live preview shows the exact voucher as they type.
Deliver and pay
On one screen: email it to themselves to print or forward, or straight to the recipient, now or at 8am on a chosen date up to three months ahead. Then their details, and Apple Pay, Google Pay or card through Stripe. A clear screen shows while the voucher is issued, and the thank you page lets them download it straight away.

Delivery
On the day, at 8am.
Buy in November, arrive on the birthday. Scheduled gifts go out at 8am on the chosen date, and the buyer is always copied, so nobody wonders whether it landed.
What arrives.
- A branded voucher PDF with the amount, a unique voucher number, the message, the issue date and your conditions.
- A separate receipt, with the voucher number masked, so a buyer never forwards the voucher by mistake. It is a receipt, not a tax invoice, because GST applies when the voucher is redeemed.
- A recipient email at the chosen time for gifts sent direct, with the buyer copied.
Trust, built in.
- Your conditions on every voucher: how long it is valid, where it can be used, that it can be spent across several visits and is not redeemable for cash.
- A fraud hold printed on the voucher, such as valid 48 hours after purchase, with photo ID for anything redeemed in the first week.
- Your terms linked at checkout and in every email.
- Marketing consent asked with an unticked box, and recorded with its date and exact wording.
